Ingredients
- 2 c almond flour
- 1/4 c butter melted
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- 1/4 c dried cherries chopped (optional)
Servings: cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the almond flour, butter, honey, salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well, then fold in the chocolate chips and cherries if using.
- Drop 1 Tablespoon of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- They will NOT spread when baked, flatten or shape as desired.
- Bake at 350ºF for 8 to 9 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Bake longer if prefer a crisper cookie.
- Let the cookies cool on the pan for 10 minutes.
