Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the almond flour, butter, honey, salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir well, then fold in the chocolate chips and cherries if using.
  4. Drop 1 Tablespoon of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. They will NOT spread when baked, flatten or shape as desired.
  6. Bake at 350ºF for 8 to 9 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Bake longer if prefer a crisper cookie.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the pan for 10 minutes.
