Ingredients

almond flour

butter
melted
1/4
c
honey
1/4
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
baking soda

tsp
vanilla extract

c
dark chocolate chips
or cacao nibs
1/4
c
dried cherries
chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the almond flour, butter, honey, salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
Stir well, then fold in the chocolate chips and cherries if using.
Drop 1 Tablespoon of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
They will NOT spread when baked, flatten or shape as desired.
Bake at 350ºF for 8 to 9 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Bake longer if prefer a crisper cookie.
Let the cookies cool on the pan for 10 minutes.
