
We bought a Dubai chocolate bar for us to taste. Megan wanted to experiment with making something similar, but wanted it gluten free. She came up with this recipe.
Be sure to use a favorite chocolate!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pistachios
- 1 Tbl honey raw, if possible
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 2 Tbl whipping cream
- 1 Tbl coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chocolate melted
Servings: depending on mold
Instructions
- Grind pistachios, coconut and honey until roughly like peanut butter.
- Add Cream and grind until well mixed.
- Put quinoa in a hot, ungreased pan and pop.
- Mix in a little chocolate. Cool.
- In a mold, layer chocolate, pistachio butter and quinoa.
- Top with more chocolate.
- Let set till firm.
