Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Grind pistachios, coconut and honey until roughly like peanut butter.
  2. Add Cream and grind until well mixed.
  3. Put quinoa in a hot, ungreased pan and pop.
  4. Mix in a little chocolate. Cool.
  5. In a mold, layer chocolate, pistachio butter and quinoa.
  6. Top with more chocolate.
  7. Let set till firm.
