Cornbread goes with so many meals, but it is especially good with chili! This recipe makes a very small batch, but you can double it and back in larger pan if desired.
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients just till moistened.
- Pour into 7 inch lightly greased skillet. Okay to go smaller, but adjust baking time.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, flip over, bake 5 more minutes.
- Remove from skillet.
