Grandma Reble’s Cornbread

Cornbread goes with so many meals, but it is especially good with chili! This recipe makes a very small batch, but you can double it and back in larger pan if desired.

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients just till moistened.
  2. Pour into 7 inch lightly greased skillet. Okay to go smaller, but adjust baking time.
  3. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, flip over, bake 5 more minutes.
  4. Remove from skillet.

Optional: Replace oil with a whole egg.
