Aunt Kristi gave Andrea this recipe. She also included the directions for making a huge pot for camp 🙂 This is one of Andrea’s favorite ways to eat noodles.
If desired, add some cooked chicken pieces. Serve with garlic bread and a colorful salad.
This is also great on zucchini noodles or your favorite steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp garlic
- 2 cup milk
- 6 oz Parmesan cheese
- pepper to taste
Servings: people
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- With heat on low, add cheese and garlic with whisk until smooth.
- Add the milk a little at a time and continue whisking. Do not let boil!
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper and heat until desired consistency.
- It will thicken up fast.
- Serve over alfredo noodles or zucchini "noodles".
- Serve with a green salad.
