Ingredients
1/2
c
butter
8
oz
cream cheese
2
tsp
garlic
2
cup
milk
6
oz
Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt butter in saucepan.
With heat on low, add cheese and garlic with whisk until smooth.
Add the milk a little at a time and continue whisking. Do not let boil!
Stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper and heat until desired consistency.
It will thicken up fast.
Serve over alfredo noodles or zucchini “noodles”.
Serve with a green salad.
