Instead of almonds, I wanted to try pistachios. I prefer the pistachios!
Instructions
- Toast pistachios until warm (7-10 min).
- Boil together water and sugar until is starts to boil less rapidly (around 270 F).
- Pour over pistachios and mix until a coat of sugar forms.
- Let cool (maybe) and enjoy!
- Be careful not to burn yourself 🙂
