Candied Pistachios
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Toast pistachios until warm (7-10 min).
  2. Boil together water and sugar until is starts to boil less rapidly (around 270 F).
  3. Pour over pistachios and mix until a coat of sugar forms.
  4. Let cool (maybe) and enjoy!
  5. Be careful not to burn yourself 🙂
