Pistachios
shelled

Water
1/4
c
sugar
Instructions
Toast pistachios until warm (7-10 min).
Boil together water and sugar until is starts to boil less rapidly (around 270 F).
Pour over pistachios and mix until a coat of sugar forms.
Let cool (maybe) and enjoy!
Be careful not to burn yourself 🙂
