Grilled Chicken

My brother Joe used to love chicken grilled this way and often had extra in the freezer.

It is similar to the chicken we can get at the fair. It uses an easy marinade and is best if made early morning.

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken in half.
  2. Divide chicken into 2 heavy ziplock bags. Meat side facing out.
  3. Heat remaining ingredients until boiling.
  4. Cool slightly before pouring half the marinade into each bag and seal well.
  5. Marinate all day in fridge, being sure to flip bags at least once before butter hardens.
  6. Cook on grill until chicken is completely done.

Leftovers are great for lunches. Freezes well.
