These are a very rich!
Ingredients
Base
- 2 c oat flour
- 1/2 c PB2 or favorite vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 c maple syrup
- 1/2 c coconut oil melted
- 1/2 c chocolate chips
- 2-4 Tbl water only if too dry
- 1/4 tsp salt
"Caramel"
- 2 c dates
- 2 Tbl peanut butter
- 2 Tbl coconut oil
- 1/3 - 1/2 c maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4-1/3 c boiling water
Topping
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 160 g chocolate chips

Instructions
- Mix all base ingredients together to form a crumbly dough.
- Press into a parchment lined cookie sheet with sides.
- Place in Fridge.
- Process all caramel ingredients until smooth.
- Spread over base layer.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
- Pour over caramel
- Freeze until set.
