Instructions
Mix all base ingredients together to form a crumbly dough.
Press into a parchment lined cookie sheet with sides.
Place in Fridge.
Process all caramel ingredients until smooth.
Spread over base layer.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
Pour over caramel
Freeze until set.
