Ingredients
- 3 Tbl butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbl curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- +/- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- +/- 1/2 tsp ginger
- +/- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 c tomatoes diced and cooked
- 2 potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 c peas frozen

Instructions
- Sauté onion in butter until translucent and then add garlic.
- Add meat and brown well.
- Drain excess fat.
- Stir in seasonings tomatoes and potatoes.
- Cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring several times and adding more water as needed.
- Just before serving, add peas.
- Serve with rice or naan.
