tomatoes
diced and cooked

potatoes
peeled and diced

peas
frozen
Instructions
Sauté onion in butter until translucent and then add garlic.
Add meat and brown well.
Drain excess fat.
Stir in seasonings tomatoes and potatoes.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring several times and adding more water as needed.
Just before serving, add peas.
Serve with rice or naan.
