Ingredients
For Peanut Butter Variation
For Chocolate Raspberry variations
For Nut Variation
Servings: dozen
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate chips your favorite way.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla (add peanut butter or preserves if using) until no streaks remain.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Shape into 1 inch balls. (Formed around nut if using)
  7. Chill again.
  8. Melt dark chocolate chips and melting chocolate in double boiler.
  9. Dip truffles balls and set aside to cool.
  10. Redip if desired.
  11. Optional: Instead of dipping in chocolate, roll in ground nuts, cocoa or powdered sugar.
Recipe Notes

Be sure to store in refrigerator.
