Ingredients
Peanut butter Center
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbl unsalted butter softened
- 1 c powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar until combined.
- Set aside.
- Beat together butter, sugars, molasses, vanilla and egg.
- Add flour, baking soda and salt.
- Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips and Krackel pieces.
- Flatten a tablespoon dallop of dough and place a scant tsp peanut butter mixture inside.
- Seal dough around peanut butter.
- Roll cookie into circle and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12 -15 minutes.
- Take out when edges are lightly brown and top looks set, but a little undercooked.
- Remove to cool immediately.
