Chocolate Chip Cookies with Hidden Peanut Butter

molasses

mini chocolate chips

milk chocolate chunks

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar until combined.
Set aside.
Beat together butter, sugars, molasses, vanilla and egg.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips and Krackel pieces.
Flatten a tablespoon dallop of dough and place a scant tsp peanut butter mixture inside.
Seal dough around peanut butter.
Roll cookie into circle and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 -15 minutes.
Take out when edges are lightly brown and top looks set, but a little undercooked.
Remove to cool immediately.
