Instructions
  1. Toast the peppercorns, star anise, cloves, and fennel in a toaster oven or a dry pan until fragrant and aromatic
  2. Blend the toasted spices in a spice/coffee grinder
  3. Stir in the cinnamon
  4. Pour into an airtight container
  5. Use in many Chinese, Japanese, or other south-eastern Asian dishes

*Also known as Chinese peppercorns, use regular peppercorn if you do not have.
