Playing with our favorite cookie recipe. Changed ingredients slightly and then made them giant size.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Beat together butter, peanut butter, sugars, molasses, vanilla and egg.
  3. Add flour, almond flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Dough will be stiff!
  7. Drop by quarter cup on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Pull dough apart and gently rearrange back into ball for texture if desired.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until edges are set.
  10. Take out even if look under cooked, that keeps them tasting really good.
  11. Let set a few minutes before removing to cool completely.
