Breakfast Sausage

We wanted to find a good recipe for breakfast sausage that did not contain sugar. This one is simple and freezes very well.

The optional ingredients will change this from a mild recipe to a spicy one.

Ingredients
Servings: 2 oz balls
Instructions
  1. Flatten ground pork on cookie sheet, sprinkle spices evenly over top.
  2. Combine all ingredients well.
  3. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, form into 2 oz balls.
  4. Cook over medium heat until cooked through.
Recipe Notes

Optional:  Replace half the pork with hamburger.  

These freeze well.
