Ingredients

ground pork
not super fatty

salt

tsp
ground ginger

tsp
granulated garlic

tsp
pepper
1 1/2
tsp
cayenne pepper
optional, to taste
1 1/2
tsp
red pepper flakes
optional, to taste
Instructions
Flatten ground pork on cookie sheet, sprinkle spices evenly over top.
Combine all ingredients well.
Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, form into 2 oz balls.
Cook over medium heat until cooked through.
Recipe Notes
Optional: Replace half the pork with hamburger.
These freeze well.
