Years ago, Allan owned a coffee shop. He enjoyed the people he worked with and got to know many of his guests. It was a simple shop, but the foods were good and he worked hard. This was our children’s favorite soup and often requested it when we went to visit Daddy.
Ingredients
- 1 26 oz can tomato soup
- 3 cups milk or 1/2 and 1/2
- 1 28 oz can tomato chunks
- 2 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tbl sugar
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbl dried basil
- 1 tsp ground pepper

Instructions
- Crush tomato chunks slightly.
- Mix all ingredients in crock pot till warm.
- Add more seasonings if desired.
- Serve with favorite croutons or bread toasted with tomato and cheese.
