A simple dip that is great for crackers or vegetables.
Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen spinach
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 Tbl Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 3 Tbl dried onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp Hungarian paprika
- dash celery powder opt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Lightly cook spinach.
- Squeeze as much water out as possible.
- Using scissors, cut spinach into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Sample, and adjust seasonings to taste.
- Best if refrigerated a few hours or overnight to blend flavors before eating.
Recipe Notes
Optional, use part Greek yogurt in place of sour cream if desired.
