Tbl dried onion flakes

garlic powder

parsley flakes

Salt to taste
Instructions
Lightly cook spinach.
Squeeze as much water out as possible.
Using scissors, cut spinach into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients.
Sample, and adjust seasonings to taste.
Best if refrigerated a few hours or overnight to blend flavors before eating.
Recipe Notes
Optional, use part Greek yogurt in place of sour cream if desired.
