This is a recipe I changed a little from a recipe that I made at work.
Ingredients
- 10 oz white chocolate
- 1 Tb butter
- 1/4 c cream
- 3 Tb lime juice (boiled down)
- 1 Lime zest
- chocolate for dipping
Servings: dozen
Instructions
- Place the lime juice and zest put it into a pan.
- Simmer on low heat until it is about 4 tsp. This will make a highly constated juice. It will be very strong lime flavor. Put aside.
- Melt the white chocolate.
- Add in cream and butter. Mix well.
- Beat in the 4 tsp lime.
- Place in silicon molds and freeze.
- Dunk in the chocolate of your choice.
- Let dry and enjoy!
