Ingredients

white chocolate

butter
1/4

cream

lime juice (boiled down)

Lime
zest
chocolate for dipping
Instructions
Place the lime juice and zest put it into a pan.
Simmer on low heat until it is about 4 tsp. This will make a highly constated juice. It will be very strong lime flavor. Put aside.
Melt the white chocolate.
Add in cream and butter. Mix well.
Beat in the 4 tsp lime.
Place in silicon molds and freeze.
Dunk in the chocolate of your choice.
Let dry and enjoy!
