Granola with Almonds, Cherries and Cocoa Nibs

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Grind almonds into almond butter with food processor.
  3. If room, blend in coconut oil, maple syrup and coconut butter. Otherwise place in pot and melt and combine.
  4. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and combine well.
  6. Spread on cookie sheet so all pieces have room.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  8. Stir granola before baking for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  9. Stir every 15 minutes or so to keep from burning.
  10. Cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
  11. Optional: Use food dehydrator and dry at 165 degrees overnight or until completely dried.35
