
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c whole Almonds raw
- 0.5 c maple syrup
- 1 c Raw coconut butter
- 1 c Organic extra virgin coconut oil
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 4.5 c oatmeal
- 1 c oat flour
- 1 c Coconut shredded unsweetened
- 4 oz pecans
- 4 oz walnuts
- 1 tsp Ginger ground dry
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 c Crispy whole grain brown rice cereal
- 2 oz Organic cacao nibs
- 4 oz Tart cherries
- 60 gram Organic ginger medallions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Grind almonds into almond butter with food processor.
- If room, blend in coconut oil, maple syrup and coconut butter. Otherwise place in pot and melt and combine.
- In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and combine well.
- Spread on cookie sheet so all pieces have room.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Stir granola before baking for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Stir every 15 minutes or so to keep from burning.
- Cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
- Optional: Use food dehydrator and dry at 165 degrees overnight or until completely dried.35
