Ingredients
Spice Mix
- 1 Tbl corn starch
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp Bullion chicken
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
Fajita fillings
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken strips
- 2 Tbl oil
- 1/3 c Water
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- 2 medium onions thinly sliced

Instructions
Spices
- Combine all the spice mix ingredients in a small bowl.
To Use
- Sauté pepper and onion until soft.
- Remove to another bowl for later.
- Cook chicken strips with oil a few minutes.
- Stir in desired amount of seasoning mixed with 1/3 c water.
- Finish cooking chicken adding reserved vegetables just before serving.
- Serve with cheese, sour cream, avocado or other favorite fajita toppings.
Recipe Notes
Optional: This is also good for beef. Replace with beef bouillon and beef strips.
