Spices
  1. Combine all the spice mix ingredients in a small bowl.
To Use
  1. Sauté pepper and onion until soft.
  2. Remove to another bowl for later.
  3. Cook chicken strips with oil a few minutes.
  4. Stir in desired amount of seasoning mixed with 1/3 c water.
  5. Finish cooking chicken adding reserved vegetables just before serving.
  6. Serve with cheese, sour cream, avocado or other favorite fajita toppings.
Recipe Notes

Optional:  This is also good for beef.  Replace with beef bouillon and beef strips.
