Instructions
Spices
Combine all the spice mix ingredients in a small bowl.
To Use
Sauté pepper and onion until soft.
Remove to another bowl for later.
Cook chicken strips with oil a few minutes.
Stir in desired amount of seasoning mixed with 1/3 c water.
Finish cooking chicken adding reserved vegetables just before serving.
Serve with cheese, sour cream, avocado or other favorite fajita toppings.
Recipe Notes
Optional: This is also good for beef. Replace with beef bouillon and beef strips.
