While any asparagus works, the thinner, less woody stalks taste the best.
Instructions
- Snap the tough asparagus bottoms from each stalk. Gently wash the vegetables.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around 3 or 4 pieces of asparagus. Tuck the ends under or use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
- Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 until the bacon is cooked and crisp, around 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
