Momma and Daddy used to get a tin of these during Christmas. They are extremely easy and remind me of Christmas past.
Do not use “cheap” chocolate. Be sure to use your favorite! If you prefer a higher chocolate ratio, use equal parts nuts and chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate we like Ghirardelli
- 1 1/2 c macadamia nuts chopped
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt optional
Servings: candies
Instructions
- Melt chocolate with your favorite method.
- Stir in nuts until completely coated.
- Spoon into mini cupcake liners or drop on parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with a little salt if desired.
- Let harden before eating.
