Use in place of Soy Sauce or in Yakisoba pork.
Ingredients
- 6 Tbl soy sauce
- 2 Tbl liquid aminos
- 1 Tbl apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbl ketchup
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp Chinese five spice
Servings: cup
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together
- Taste and adjust ingredients as desired
- Refrigerate and use in Yakisoba or like a flavored soy sauce
Recipe Notes
If you are using an all-natural/unsweetened ketchup, you may want to add more sugar
You can replace the grated ginger with about 1/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger
