
A recipe from Oma. After the first “pop” we were hooked!
Ingredients
- 1 c orange juice
- 1 c Mountain Dew or ginger beer
- 2 c fresh cranberries
- 1-2 c powdered sugar
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Poke a hole if desired in cranberries.
- Soak cranberries in orange juice and Mountain Dew.
- Drain well.
- Place in bowl and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Start with 1 cup and add more powdered sugar as needed until berries are completely covered.
- Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake in 200° F oven 7-10 min.
- Let cool.
