Peanut Butter Bars

A simple recipe we found that is great for anyone learning how to cook or a quick treat. These are an easy version of buckeyes or peanut butter cups.

Instructions
  1. Butter a 9x9 inch pan and set aside.
  2. Cream together 1 cup peanut butter, butter and vanilla.
  3. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Mix until mixture is uniform.
  5. Press into bottom of prepared pan.
  6. In small bowl, melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon peanut butter your favorite way.
  7. Pour chocolate evenly over peanut butter graham cracker mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
  9. Chill until set, 2-3 hours.
  10. Cut into bars.
  11. Store in refrigerator.
