A simple recipe we found that is great for anyone learning how to cook or a quick treat. These are an easy version of buckeyes or peanut butter cups.
Ingredients
- 1 c + 1 Tbl peanut butter divided
- 1/2 c butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c chocolate chips
- Sea Salt optional

Instructions
- Butter a 9x9 inch pan and set aside.
- Cream together 1 cup peanut butter, butter and vanilla.
- Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
- Mix until mixture is uniform.
- Press into bottom of prepared pan.
- In small bowl, melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon peanut butter your favorite way.
- Pour chocolate evenly over peanut butter graham cracker mixture.
- Sprinkle with salt if desired.
- Chill until set, 2-3 hours.
- Cut into bars.
- Store in refrigerator.
