Mark and Katie gave us this recipe. Everyone likes as is, but I prefer it with whipping cream to make it creamer and thicker.
Experiment with different powdered creamers and omitting or swapping the spices.
        Ingredients    
                - 1 1/2 - 2 c coffee granules adjust to taste
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c powdered creamer plain or favorite flavor
- 2 c Nesquik adjust to taste
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg or mace
- 1 c powdered milk
- 1 c sweet baking chocolate optional
        
    Servings: cups mix
    
                
        Instructions    
                - Grind coffee granules to a powder.
- Slightly grind up sugar with nutmeg if desired.
- Combine all ingredients in air tight containier.
- To serve, use 3 Tbl mix with one cup of water.
- For a cold drink use approximately 24 oz. hot water to 4 Tbsp. mix, put it over ice and top with a little milk
- Serve with whipping cream if desired.

                Also tested with Cafe Bustelo Expresso Instant Coffee. Good with a stronger coffee taste. May prefer to adjust cream or milk.
