Mom used to make these crackers in the fall and winter to snack on. I am not sure how long it has been since I wrote this recipe down for myself. They are good as croutons or just for eating.
Ingredients
- 12-16 oz plain oyster crackers
- 1 pkg Buttermilk Recipe Ranch Salad Dressing Mix .4 oz
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper Substitution below
- 1/2-1 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup oil
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Combine ranch mix and oil, add remaining ingredients.
- Pour over crackers, stirring to coat well.
- Pour evenly onto baking pan with sides.
- Place in warm oven (250 degrees) until lightly brown.
- Stir occasionally.
