New Year’s Eve Cookies (“Gourmet” M&M cookies)

I really wanted a hot, freshly baked, chocolate chip cookie. We enjoyed my experiment so much I made a second batch with the boys, but made them “gourmet”. I let the boys chose which M&M’s and they chose peanut, peanut butter and a few of the plain ones. They were the perfect “New Year Party” cookies.

Zucchini Bread

This will either make one large loaf or two smaller loafs. Instead of using flour to dust the pans, these are good dusted with sugar.

Cookie Dough (with baked flour)

Chocolate peanut butter, Oatmeal cookie and White chocolate pecan cookie dough. These were good, but plain chocolate chip was a favorite.

These doughs also freeze well and are very good added to ice cream.

Ricotta Gnudi

This is an Italian dish that Andrea taught me for “cultural immersion” cooking class . This is excellent with Andrea’s Vodka sauce.

Chile Con Queso

Excellent with tortilla chips. Be sure to shred your own cheese, otherwise the dip may not be smooth.
