  1. Cut chicken into one inch chunks.
  2. Toss chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir then set aside at room temperature.
  4. In small bowl, add garlic, ginger and remaining spices.
  5. Set instant pot to high/sauté and add 2 Tbl butter to melt.
  6. Add spices, and stirring constantly, cook until thick.
  7. Add tomatoes, sugar and chicken, stirring to get the bottom of the pan
  8. Cook on high pressure 6 minutes.
  9. Let natural pressure release 10 minutes.
  10. Stir in 4 tablespoons butter and cream.
  11. Check seasonings, adding more to taste.
  12. Serve with rice or naan

If you do not have an instant pot, simmer over low heat until chicken is cooked.
