Instructions
  1. If using flax egg, mix ground flax with water.
  2. Let sit at least 5 minutes.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour into 9×9 oiled casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 until cooked through, 25-30 minutes.

Can mix up the night before.

Also great with 1 cup canned cubed peaches or 1 cup raisins.
