Ingredients
1/2
c
melted butter
OR melted coconut oil
3/4 – 1
cup
brown sugar

beaten eggs
OR 3 Tbl water + 1 Tbl ground flax

c
milk
OR coconut milk

quick oatmeal
gluten free if needed

tsp
baking powder

tsp
salt

crushed walnuts or pecans optional

sliced apples optional
Instructions
If using flax egg, mix ground flax with water.
Let sit at least 5 minutes.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into 9×9 oiled casserole dish.
Bake at 350 until cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Can mix up the night before.
Also great with 1 cup canned cubed peaches or 1 cup raisins.
