Ingredients

warm water

boiling water

cold water

molasses

vegetable oil

honey

white flour

wheat flour

Instructions
Add yeast to 1 cup warm water.
Let set until bubbly.
Mix hot water with cold water.
Add molasses, oil, salt and honey.
Stir in 3 cups white flour.
Stir in yeast mixture and 5 cup wheat flour.
Batter will be runny.
Let rise until double.
Stir batter down.
Add 8 cups wheat flour.
Stir well and then knead 3-4 minutes. Do not over mix.
Let rise until double.
Form 4 loaves and place in greased bread pans.
Cover. Let rise.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bread sounds hollow when tapped.
Takes approximately 4 hours from start to finish.
Recipe Notes
If desired, use less wheat flour and more white flour. May need to adjust how much flour is needed.
