Buttercream frosting

powdered sugar

Instructions
Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350.
Put all dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour into mini cupcake tins with liners. Bake for 15 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Let cool.
For Frosting
Cream all ingredients together.
Put into piping bags.
Enjoy decorating.
