Instructions
  1. Brown stew meat in butter. Do not cook through.
  2. Peel and cut vegetables into bite size pieces.
  3. Place all ingredients into crock pot. Use less salt and pepper than you think you will need.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4. Crock pots vary, so you may have to cook a different amount of time.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.

Replace venison with beef or combine the two if desired.
