Ingredients

medium red potatoes

medium vandalia onion
1
red pepper
1/4
cup
butter
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
granulated garlic
to taste
Instructions
Boil potatoes until still slightly firm.
Cut into bit size pieces.
Chop onion and red pepper into slices.
Melt butter in heavy pot. Add onions and start sauteing.
Add peppers and then add potatoes.
Stir to coat veggies well
Season to taste.
Either continue cooking on stove until veggies start turning brown or grill in heavy pot while grilling your favorite meal.
Serve warm.
