(we used smooth peanut butter)

M&M’s
mini ones are fun also

chocolate chips
Candy eyes

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together the sugar, molasses and butter until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.
Mix in peanut butter, vanilla, baking soda and salt until well combined.
Add the the oats and mix until combined, then add M&M’s and chocolate chips.
Scoop 2 tablespoon mounds of the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, at least 2 inches apart.
Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, they will be slightly underbaked.
Remove and let cool 5 minutes on baking sheet.
Add candy eyes, if using, to the cookies immediately after you remove them from the oven.
Cool completely on wire rack.
