Very good drink on a hot day or after an Indian meal.

Instructions
  1. Peel and cut up mango.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth.
  3. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with cardamon and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

Optional: Use frozen mangoes and use less ice Replace sugar with raw honey to taste. Replace milk with more orange juice.
