Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
  2. In a bowl of a stand mixer, beat the yolk until they lighten in color.
  3. Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved completely.
  4. Add milk, cream, and nutmeg.
  5. Whisk to combine.
  6. Place egg whites in a different bowl and whisk until soft peaks form.
  7. Add 1 Tablespoon sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  8. Whisk egg whites into cream mixture.
  9. Chill before serving.
Recipe Notes

If you prefer with alcohol add 3 ounces of Bourbon add it with the milk and cream.
