Ingredients
Pickle juice

Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into strips.
Marinate in pickle juice for an hour or two.
Drain chicken, discarding juice.
Mix flour and spices together in shallow bowl.
Beat eggs in another shallow bowl.
Dip chicken strips in egg and then flour mixture.
Shake off excess.
Deep fry, without crowding pan, at 350 degrees until center is no longer pink.
Drain on paper towel.
Can keep warm in oven.
These reheat nicely the next day.

These are good served with honey mustard dip or your favorite barbecue sauce.
