Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chop the okra into one inch thick rings and scatter onto a cookie sheet.
Coat the okra with the olive oil and salt.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the ground beef until almost cooked through.
Add the sweet peppers and the onion and let the ground beef cook through, stirring occasionally.
Drain off the beef grease.
Mix the Better than Bullion with the boiling water.
Add to the cooked rice.*
Mix together the okra, ground beef mixture, and the rice with the spices, herbs, and tomatoes.
Taste and add more spices if you’d like.
Warm the mixture if cold, and enjoy.

*Use rice cooked in beef broth instead.
