Instructions
Mix rub ingredients.
Rub all over brisket.
(Optional: Make ahead and let sit overnight in fridge)
Mix BBQ Sauce ingredients in a slow cooker.
Add the brisket.
Cook on low for 8 hours to 10 hours or high for 4.5-5 hours
Remove brisket onto plate and let sit before thinly slicing.
(Optional) Degrease and pour liquid into saucepan.
Bring to simmer and reduce until a syrup consistency.
Use as bbq sauce over brisket or save for other recipe.
Serve with green salad.
