Instructions
  1. Poach chicken breast your favorite way.
  2. Save two cups of broth.
  3. Put broth and diced chicken into a crock pot.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook on low for 8 or more hours.
  6. Can be served with sour cream, onions, or fried tortilla strips.
Optional way to do beans
  1. Instead of using canned beans, feel free to use 32 oz dried beans.
  2. Soak beans overnight. Drain water and simmer until soft before adding to soup.
  3. Start with 4 cups and add more as desired.
